Motivation!!! What a word it is???

This word can make a considerable difference in one’s life. The sense in which a person is motivated makes him a good or bad guy.

Wiki defines motivation like this

“Motivation is the reason or reasons for engaging in a particular behavior, especially human behaviour as studied in psychology and neuropsychology.”

The most important thing in motivation is that the person should be motivated in a positive way such that it makes considerable impact on him and his surrounding as well.

The most bad impact created by negative motivation is terrorism, the terrosists are continously hyptonized by their leader on achieving the particular task.

Duality of Women

What is blogging all about??? It does not require a stupendous effort to express your own views in a simplistic way such that people come to realise what you are upto after reading the blog.

So here i come with my blog on the duality of working women and how they are treated in this world.Even though they thrive in both the roles they undergo, their reputation is marred by male chauvinist’s whose ego doesnt allow them to see women successful in their duality.

The condition of working women deteriorates day by day. Life becomes mechanical and miserable at times. Since she is overburdened with the dual role, the perfection of her work in other places is at stake. Her effort of exposing hidden talents vanquish.

Except for the family’s meeting out of the financial crisis and the improvement of standard of living, she achieves nothing to improvise her self respect. Unless and until she determines to allot sometime exclusively for herself,there is no end to this problem. 

My First Blog

There were lots of thoughts running in my mind concerning my first blog.I couldnt make up a solution from those thoughts, instead i decided to write my first blog like the way i wrote my exams in my engineering career.

My friends have been telling me about writing a blog,presenting it in a proper way etc etc. But they didnt give me an overview of what ur first blog should consist. So having these things in my mind i am writing this blog without any purpose to anyone.My thought process was not stimulated in a proper way before writing something useful.

As a conclusion,i would like to ask my friends and people who pass by to send in their constructive criticisms so that i can improve myself and learn n earn something out of it.
